Loan Options

Programs described include conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, jumbo, DSCR investor loans, rate-and-term and cash-out refinancing, HELOC and reverse mortgage. Availability depends on licensing, lender guidelines and individual eligibility. A monthly payment estimator is included and clearly labelled as an estimate.
